I don't know if you have noticed, but the site has the ability to use Bookmarks for most items.
If you find a post that is REALLY helpful, or a video, article or such that you want to be able to refer to later, look for this icon on it.
What this icon does is bookmark that item and you can later find it in your bookmarks from your profile page.
I'm hoping that soon the authors of the script will allow you to set up the Bookmarks with user created identifiers to organize them better.
