Different processing techniques.
You can assign layers and hues to different colors and combine them.
That's like with the mono camera, for the SII filter you assign it as red, Ha filter for green and blue for the OIII filter. This is known as SHO. In mono processing there are multiple palettes that can be used. SHO, HOO, HSO are a few. Those correspond to the filters and then to the RGB color palette.
