Info Smiley issue

We are aware that some smilies are not showing up correctly. I currently have an open ticket with the script vendor to try to resolve the issue.

Script developers confirmed a bug, but provided a work around, the utf8mb4 emojis (like what you can use on your phone) are back to working.
